Hi Pernille 🥰 I just wanted to let you know that I'm down 10 kilos since we started back in January. I'm actually quite proud of myself, if I'm allowed to say so 🤓 Weight loss has been a huge motivation, but it's definitely not the most important part of this journey. The most important thing is all the knowledge I've gained from you. I have much more control over my diet now, and I've established solid routines for grocery shopping, meal prepping, and food composition. I've learned that it's perfectly fine to indulge once in a while, because this is a lifestyle change that will hopefully last a lifetime. I've also learned that I can lift much more than I think—I just have to dare to try. Just wanted to say thank you so much for all the help you've given me so far 🥹

You are truly great at what you do! The follow-up feels both personal and genuine. Additionally, it's obvious that you have a lot of knowledge about training, nutrition, and how to apply this correctly in everyday life. I have never felt or thought 'now I'm on a diet' or 'now my PT is taking a shortcut to get quick results.' I've felt that you understand that 'life happens,' and most importantly, you've managed to teach me—or at least remind me of—exactly that
My husband notices a positive difference in me too. He says I don't 'run out of steam' like I used to and that I eat more variety. I have more carbs in my diet now, yet I've still lost inches around my waist. I also notice that my digestion is functioning normally now. Previously, I struggled more with bloating and irregular digestion. And on top of that, I'm lifting noticeably heavier! This has been such a positive experience for me 😍
