HOW TO GET STARTED

  • Fill out the form, and I'll contact you via e-mail during 24 h. 
  • We set a date for your startup, and based on your questionnaire and dialogue us in between, I'll customize your plans
  • When it's all done, you'll get full access to the app*, and you're ready to go! 
  • If necessary - small adjustments will be made before startup

CHECK-INS

To be able to help you as much as I can, and to keep track on your progress - you have weekly check-ins

  • Track your progress - weight, measurements and photos
  • Tell me about your week - both achievements and challenges!
  • Based on your feedback, I'll tell you what to focus on the upcoming week
  • Feedback on your technique (training)
  • Small adjustments of your meal plan / workout plan can be made
  • By the end of each period (4 weeks) we do a summary together, and make a plan for what to focus on the upcoming period. Based on this, I'll make necessary adjustments to your plans
  • You can message me directly in the app for questions, help or daily motivation - 24/7!


I want to give you the best service possible, and it's important that you're engaged to the prosess, that we communicate well and you do your weekly check-ins :)


NO CHECK-INS

If you want a meal plan or a training program, but no check-ins, you can choose to have access to the app for only £15 / month. That way you can keep full track of your progress! You can add your weight, measurements and photos if you want to, and you can log your training sessions directly to the app to assure you have progression! Alternatively I'll send your plans as pdf.
